Role Overview π
The Wellbeing Lead for Benifex oversees the running of OneHub Wellbeing team, contributes to product direction, development and content strategy. The role provides direction for the OneHub Wellbeing team and supports the Chief Innovation Officer in developing the product strategy and market fit. The purpose of the position within the Wellbeing Team is to ensure Benifex, and the OneHub Wellbeing product/team are supporting our end usersβ wellbeing through the production of leading content and enhanced product features. As a psychologist, the Psychology Lead will lead the qualified team of wellbeing experts that ensure everything we do is evidence-based and market leading.
Responsibilities π€
- Act as subject matter expert (SME) and wellbeing lead within Benifex and the OneHub Wellbeing product.
- Assess and develop OneHub Wellbeing pathways based on psychological validity and design clinical plans based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
- Lead on and provide advice and guidance to the team on new content and the implementation of new product features pertaining to wellbeing at Benifex.
- Coordinate the creation and production of new multimedia wellbeing content.
- Assess OneHub Wellbeing user and engagement data generated for the purpose of continuous improvement (i.e. what is going well, what wellbeing content is being engaged with the most etc).
- Support the implementation of OneHub Wellbeing and work with new and existing customers to understand and roll out the product to their employees.
- Develop and present webinars to prospects and customers with the aim of boosting sales and awareness of the OneHub Wellbeing product.
- Lead the wider OneHub Wellbeing team to regularly monitor and improve employee usage/engagement and work closely with customers to drive their desired outcomes.
- Support the Benifex Sales and Customer Success teams in creating and delivering new business presentations and proposals.
- Provide guidance to the wellbeing team and the Chief Innovation Officer in matters relating to wellbeing and customer success.
- Represent Benifex at external and internal meetings with customers and team members where necessary.
- Work with the wider wellbeing team to ensure content delivery reflects the OneHub Wellbeing strategy, mission, and values.
What are we looking for? π
- A history of working in employment health or wellbeing
- Experience consulting with employers to discuss wellbeing strategies
- A track record of creating enticing wellbeing content that positively impacts the wellbeing of employees over time
- Customer facing skills and the ability to present to an audience
- A Bachelors in Psychology, or more preferably a Masters, is desirable
