Applications are invited to apply for the above post, based within the Pre-Assessment Clinic in Ninewells Hospital and Perth Royal Infirmary.
An exciting opportunity within a fast-paced environment is available for an adaptable individual to provide an efficient, administrative service within the Specialist Surgery Division.
Applicants should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with a high level of literacy and numeracy skills. The administrative duties within this post require a high level of organisation and coordination. Administrative experience working with computer systems along with basic computer/ typing skills is preferred. Experience of specific NHS Tayside IT systems is not essential.
You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment. Hours of work are: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
