What You'll Be Doing
General HR Support
- Provide administrative support to HR Business Partners and HR Officers, including letters, contract amendments, documentation, and formal meeting notes.
- Support delivery of HR projects (e.g. salary reviews, probation tracking, moderation meetings).
- Maintain accurate HR data in our internal system (MyWorklife), ensuring consistency with our UK-wide team.
Operational Coordination
- Coordinate new joiner onboarding: prepare documentation, support inductions, and create a welcoming experience.
- Manage leaver processes: handle paperwork, notify payroll, and support exit interview tracking and reporting.
- Field employee queries, escalating or directing to relevant departments as needed.
- Provide support with employee benefits administration.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- A confident relationship-builder with natural communication skills.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a willingness to improve processes.
- Solid IT proficiency, especially in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Team-oriented, inclusive, and open to occasional travel to our London office.
- Previous HR experience is desirable, but not essential.
- Graduate or graduate-level candidate with some office experience.
