About the Role
As a Diversity and Inclusion Manager, you will be responsible for leading initiatives that create an inclusive workplace culture and support the attraction, retention, and development of diverse talent. You will play a key role in shaping and driving the company’s diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage the company's DEI strategy and initiatives.
- Partner with HR and leadership teams to embed inclusive practices into hiring, development, and retention processes.
- Design and deliver training programs and workshops to build awareness and drive behavioural change.
- Monitor DEI metrics, collect data, and report on progress against goals.
- Create employee resource groups (ERGs) and support their activities and engagement.
- Stay informed of external DEI trends and ensure company practices remain innovative and impactful.
- Provide advice and support to leaders on fostering inclusive teams and addressing barriers to inclusion.
- Build partnerships with external organisations that advance diversity and inclusion efforts.
About You
- Proven experience in a DEI-focused role, with a strong understanding of best practices in diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Confident facilitator and trainer, able to deliver impactful DEI programs.
- Strong data analysis skills, able to translate insights into strategic action plans.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to influence at all levels of the organisation.
- Passionate about creating environments where everyone can thrive.
