Job Title: Programme and Delivery Specialist
Salary: up to £30,000

Reports to: Director, Digital Innovation and Impact (Canada-based)
Consumers International are seeking an agile, impact-driven Programme Specialist to lead and support the delivery of a range of high-impact projects across research, community engagement, advocacy, and impact. This role demands strong, complex programme management skills to successfully drive multi-stakeholder projects within tight timeframes and ambitious goals.
Working closely with Project Managers and Engagement Leads, you will deliver high-quality outputs that advance their Digital Rights Strategy. You will play a critical role in supporting the development of their Change Agenda programmes related to digital and technology issues and their intersection with consumer protection. Current projects include initiatives on influencer marketing, scams, and digital public infrastructure — and you will be responsible for managing projects from inception through to completion.
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have proven experience in complex programme management of grant-funded projects, ideally on a global scale.
- Have experience working with civil society organisations, with excellent communication skills.
- Have a strong understanding of the consumer rights movement and the digital/financial rights landscape.
- Be highly motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Be a confident self-starter, able to contribute ideas and shape projects with creativity.
- Be data-driven: experience in reporting project outcomes to funders is highly desirable.
