POSITION: TALENT MANAGEMENT INTERN

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Support on the full Talent Management strategy, including the attraction, recruitment, development, and engagement, of LVMH employees across Head Office and Retail.
Help to create a culture of belonging and inclusive high performance through supporting the delivery of the DEI strategy.
Job Responsibilities
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
ATTRACTION
- Manage school and university partnerships to increase brand awareness of LVMH, whilst also utilising platforms such as LinkedIn and INSIDE LVMH
RECRUITMENT
- Support the Talent Acquisition Business Partner on the recruitment process. Including screening, shortlisting and video interviewing candidates as and when required, across Head Office + Retail
- Post positions on Talentlink, LinkedIn and other sites where appropriate
- Arrange interviews and organise assessment centres for head office intern positions and support with overall intern experience.
- Learn, develop and execute online candidate search campaigns using a variety of internet-based resources, including LinkedIn
- Working with hiring managers to schedule interviews and collect feedback
- Delivering constructive and on-time feedback to candidates
DEVELOPMENT
- Research external training courses, platforms, and best practices
- Co-ordinate and communicate internal LVMH trainings
- Ensure feedback following all training programmes is received and analysed
EQUALITY, DIVERSITY & INCLUSION
- Organise committee meetings, focus groups, and events, in line with the DEI strategy
- Explore and propose Corporate Social Responsibility partnerships
INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS & ENGAGEMENT
- Help to coordinate internal events, including scheduling, RSVP management, logistics, coordination with external providers
- Support the delivery of scheduled and ad hoc communication
- Coordinate with various departments to gather and curate content for our internal communications platforms
- Monitor and analyse employee feedback and engagement related to internal events, communication and workshops using this to draw insight and suggest future improvements
ADMINISTRATION
- Prepare Offer letters and Contracts for Intern hires
- Reviewing job descriptions and writing compelling adverts for LinkedIn
- Ensure all relevant trackers + agreements are up to date and accurate
- Raise Purchase Orders and ensure the processing of invoices by liaising with Accounts
