What you’ll be doing:
- Lead and evolve UK graduate and apprenticeship programmes, ensuring ROI and continuous improvement
- Support APAC graduate underwriting programmes with coaching and regional engagement
- Maximise the apprenticeship levy, manage budgets, and align with sustainability goals
- Collaborate globally with Talent Acquisition, business leaders, and external partners
- Champion diversity and inclusion across all early careers initiatives
- Coach and mentor early-in-career talent, helping them thrive and grow
- Use data and insights to drive programme evolution and regional expansion
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience leading early careers or L&D programmes in a complex, global environment
- Strong coaching, stakeholder management, and vendor relationship skills
- A strategic thinker who’s also hands-on and delivery-focused
- Passionate about developing talent and building inclusive pipelines
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in using data to drive decisions and measure programme success.
