We're looking for an
Employee Experience Advisor to join our People & Culture team on a
6 month Fixed Term Contract, ideally you will also be able to start immediately.
In this strategic and impactful role, you'll lead on employee engagement initiatives, drive improvements in employee relations and HR policies, and support inclusive events and industrial relations processes.
- Working hours: 35 hours per week - Monday - Friday.
- Hybrid role: Your base will be at Horsham or London. Hybrid working isn't a tick exercise for us - we live the values, expectation for this role will be around 2 days per month at the base hub and this is open to flex around you and the operation.
- Contract - 6 month Fixed Term Contract.

As Employee Advisor you'll collaborate with teams across the organisation to ensure our People Plan is embedded in everything we do, helping create a workplace where everyone feels seen, supported, and empowered. For a full insight please refer to the attached job description.

Sound interesting?
- Expertise in employee experience, HR policies, and employee relations, with a sound understanding of relevant legislation and inclusive best practice
- Strong strategic thinking and commercial awareness, with the ability to assess organisational risk and impact
- A collaborative, people-first approach to influencing and supporting teams and stakeholders
- Confidence in handling sensitive matters with tact and integrity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing, presentation delivery, and negotiation
- Strong time management and project delivery skills, with an ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
- A growth mindset with commitment to continuous learning and improvement in inclusion, wellbeing, and organisational development
- Skilled in using data and insights to inform strategy and decision-making
- Experience working with Trade Unions or within a consultative environment is desirable.
