Mackie Myers are partnering with a growing consulting business who are looking to hire their first Head of People and Operations.
The Role
A founder lead consulting company based in Central London, with an impressive track record of growth. Having successfully promoted people within the business they are now on the look for their first Head of People and Operations to help lead on people and culture across the group as well as overseeing the operations function.
Main Duties
- Oversee all aspects of the human resources function from talent acquisition, to L&D, employee relations and benefits
- Manage a team of two across both HR and operations
- Set strategy through to completion across talent development and attraction, HR processes and procedures, training and culture and operations
- Oversea the operations function of the company ensuring the business runs smoothly across IT, marketing, events, quality assurance and other ad hoc tasks
- Work closely with the COO and CFO to ensure collaboration across the wider business
The Successful Candidate
- Ideally CIPD qualified
- Experience of working in a scaling people facing business
- Exposure to an operations function would be beneficial
- Comfortable working in an hands on office environment
- Happy to come to the office 4 days per week
