Internal Communications Officer in our Communication and Diversity and Inclusion team. In this role, you'll support the overall Internal Communications objectives, planning and producing internal communications campaigns, activities and materials. The role provides a tactical support for the Internal Communications Business Partners, who also leading on some relationships and projects with specific teams at Eurostar.
This is a fixed-term opportunity for 12 months and is based in our London Kings Cross office. Hybrid working is available, with the expectation you will attend the office three days per week. This role may also have an on-call component.
The close date for this role is 5pm on Thursday, 26 February 2026.
Internal use only: This position is a grade D, travel services 1-3.
Requirements
We're looking for someone to:
- Deliver end‑to‑end internal communications plans and campaigns that strengthen employee engagement and support business strategy
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, providing advice on communication needs in partnership with Internal Comms Business Partners
- Create clear, engaging content across internal channels, including newsletters, WorkVivo, TV screens, posters and videos
- Manage and develop assigned employee communication channels, ensuring timely and relevant content distribution
- Plan and deliver internal events such as leadership walkabouts, CEO sessions and wider engagement activities
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of communication activities, channels and campaigns
- Support continuous improvement of internal communication channels, practices and team processes
- Collaborate with the internal communications team to deliver consistent, high‑quality communications across the organisation
You'll need...
- 2-3 years in an internal communications-related role.
- Impeccable written and spoken French and English
- Excellent ability to turn complex information into clear and simple, targeted communications.
- Proven ability to organise and deliver events both large and small.
- Creative thinking and openness to innovate to improve our communications
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage several projects simultaneously and to tight deadlines.
- Team player, with positive approach to work and relationship building
- Excellent influencing and negotiating skills.
