As Head of HR, you’ll act as a trusted adviser to Partners and senior stakeholders on all people-related matters. You’ll lead initiatives across talent acquisition, onboarding, learning and development, performance management, and employee experience, ensuring the firm continues to attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent.
You’ll champion a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture while bringing structure and rigour to HR processes - balancing commerciality, agility, and a people-first approach.
Leading a team of 12 across HR generalist, Learning & Development, Recruitment, and Diversity & Inclusion functions, you’ll have direct access to key decision-makers and genuine influence within the business.
Importantly, you don’t necessarily need to be operating at Head of HR level already. This role could suit a strong Senior HR Manager or HR Business Partner who is ready to take the next significant step in their career within a world-class professional services environment.
