Job Summary
Oversee and monitor the implementation and progress of Diversity and Inclusion programs. Coordinate and collaborate with Recruitment/Talent Acquisition and other functional areas i.e. supply chain to ensure that DEI policies and procedures are addressed within those functional areas. Coordinate with ERGs, diversity Councils and network groups. Works on special DEI events.
The Head of Diversity will lead initiatives to enhance diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) within our candidate recruitment processes, as well as our wider supply chain. This role will involve developing, implementing and overseeing systems and processes to ensure diverse candidate slates are presented to clients, as well as fostering a diverse supplier base.
Key Responsibilities (Daily/Weekly/Annual key responsibilities of the job)
Develop and implement DEI strategies: Create and execute comprehensive DEI strategies that focus on increasing the diversity of candidates presented to clients and ensuring diversity within our supply chain.
Process optimisation: Design and optimise recruitment processes and systems to eliminate bias and promote inclusivity, ensuring demonstrable fair and equitable treatment of all candidates.
Stakeholder collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders, including recruitment teams, account managers, and leadership teams to integrate DEI principles into all aspects of the recruitment process.
Industry and client engagement: Represent the Group in DEI-related client and industry events, engage directly with clients and prospective clients to understand their DEI requirements and develop tailored solutions, partner with marketing team to develop external campaigns and thought leadership reports demonstrating our DEI capability.
Training and development: Conduct training and workshops to educate all staff on DEI best practices, cultural competence, and unconscious bias in recruitment.
Metrics and reporting: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of DEI initiatives, providing regular reports and insights and thought leadership to the business and external stakeholders (clients, prospective clients, etc.)
Supplier diversity: Develop and manage programs aimed at diversifying our supplier base, and identifying and fostering relationships with diverse businesses and diversity associations and industry bodies.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant DEI regulations and standards, staying abreast of industry best practice and emerging DEI trends.

The Head of Diversity will work closely with internal teams and engage directly with external stakeholders (clients, prospective clients, industry bodies, etc.) to drive DEI strategies that align with both our corporate values and business goals as well as those of our clients and prospective clients.
