An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior OD practitioner to join a team of OD, coaching, Culture and leadership specialists within the Organisational Development department. This role is a Group wide role based in NLAG.

We are looking for a highly skilled, motivated, and proactive individual with proven OD, HR and/ or leadership development and people management skills to deliver a portfolios of programmes to support our staff deliver great care. The Senior OD practitioner will
- use their highly developed specialist knowledge and understanding of OD, Leadership and Staff Engagement theory/practice to coordinate, plan and implement key priorities from the Culture Transformation and OD section of the People Strategy, alongside supporting the wider People Strategy vision.
- be responsible for the design, co-ordination and delivery of complex programmes of work across departments and the whole Group
- ensure that all relevant stakeholders are involved in this process working with Care Groups and Corporate Directorate leaders
- support and deliver on the work streams of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI), Culture Transformation and Management, Coaching, Mentoring, Supervision programmes, Staff Emotional and Mental Well-Being, and Leadership Development.
- offer OD consultancy services to individuals, teams and wider departments with clear measures, outcomes and improvements as a result of the work undertaken as well as supporting other leadership and cultural transformation work streams within the Group
- use HR, Staff Engagement, Performance, Quality and Safety data to effectively understand and assess the Organisation’s and individual team’s cultural progress and make recommendations for improvement.
- facilitate, train and devise bespoke development interventions in a wide variety of OD Specialist areas including Leadership, Coaching, Talent Management and Culture transformation.
