Role: Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Consultant (LGBTQ+ Inclusion)

Work Location: Virtual/ WFH in London (Applicants based London will be considered)
Employment: Part-time (15 hours a week)
Reporting to: Founder's Office
In this remote role, you will play a critical role in consulting, creating, supporting, and executing LGBTQ+ inclusion programs for companies in the UK. You will leverage your expertise to develop impactful solutions, build strong client relationships, and drive positive change for the LGBTQ+ community.🌈
Key Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Deep dive into the UK corporate landscape to identify collaboration opportunities.
- Secure new clients and champion our solutions through strategic conversations with corporates.
- Conduct needs assessments and recommend the perfect solutions for each client.
- Market & promote programs & services specifically tailored for the UK market.
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive Inclusion roadmaps for corporates.
- Design, manage and deliver programs that advances corporates on their LGBTQ+ inclusion journey.
- Lead & support webinars, training sessions, and networking events.
- Track and analyze program impact through data-driven metrics.
- Continuously research and document best practices in the UK's LGBTQ+ Inclusion landscape.

Working Conditions:
This is a part-time five-day role, i.e., 15 hours per week (60 hours per month) remote working role. The successful candidate must be within easy travel distance of London for occasional London-based events and team days.
Remuneration:
£18-£22 per hour
