Chief People Officer

Salary: £100K - 150K p/a
Due to continued rapid growth, an incredibly exciting opportunity for a Chief People Officer has arisen within an international business solutions provider with an exceptional company culture.
The ideal candidate has held a director-level or above role within a multi-million pound company with at least 150 employees.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership and Organizational Development
- Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with the company's overall business goals. Lead initiatives in organisational development, culture enhancement, and employee engagement to foster a high-performance work environment.
2. Talent Acquisition and Retention
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of top talent. Implement strategies to attract diverse candidates and ensure the company is recognised as an employer of choice. Focus on creating a robust pipeline of leadership and critical roles.
3. Learning and Development
- Design and implement learning and development programs that support employee growth and career progression. Ensure continuous learning opportunities that enhance skills, drive innovation, and prepare the workforce for future challenges.
4. Employee Experience and Wellbeing
- Champion initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience, including health and wellbeing programs, work-life balance, and mental health support. Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture that prioritizes employee satisfaction and productivity.
5. Performance Management and Compensation
- Develop and manage performance evaluation processes that align individual and team objectives with business goals. Oversee compensation and benefits strategies to ensure competitiveness, fairness, and alignment with the company's financial performance.
6. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)
- Lead the company's DEI strategy, ensuring that diversity, equity, and inclusion are embedded in all aspects of the organisation's culture and practices. Drive initiatives that promote a diverse workforce and create an inclusive environment where all employees can thrive.
