We have an exciting opportunity for an EDI Officer to join our team and play a key role in helping to deliver the vision of our Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Framework.
You will work collaboratively with the EDI Manager and support colleagues to develop and deliver the Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (ED&I) strategy, through the successful implementation of the EDI priorities and activities relating to the University 's workforce. You will be pivotal in supporting the management, co-ordination and delivery of projects that underpin and drive forward the University's EDI initiatives.
With knowledge and experience of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion matters, you will have a good understanding of how the Equality Act 2010 works in practice. You will be keen to identify ways to embed equality, diversity and inclusion across University processes, culture and behaviour.
