Partnerships Director Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Partnerships Director to join our team. This role focuses on generating and developing new business opportunities across vital sectors such as Healthcare, Housing, Defence, and Energy. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new business opportunities within the specified sectors.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
- Create and articulate compelling value propositions for our services.
- Collaborate with the CEO to ensure aligned sector-specific campaigns.
- Achieve and exceed annual sales targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in Healthcare or Life Sciences but also in Housing, Defence, or Energy sectors.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation, including executive and C-suite level.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Evidence of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Pro-active, independent worker capable of managing own workload.
