As Employee Experience Manager, you'll be at the forefront of shaping our colleagues journey from the moment they join to the day they retire. This role is crucial in driving cultural transformation that aligns with our values: Courage and Curiosity, Trust and Kindness, and "All Together Healthier." Reporting to our Head of L&D in our People / Human Resources team, you will lead initiatives in diversity and inclusion (D&I), and health and wellbeing, ensuring these core values are embedded in our day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Health & Wellbeing: Lead initiatives to improve colleagues' physical, financial, social, and mental wellbeing, aligned with our "All Together Healthier" value.
- D&I Strategy: Create and implement a strategy that fosters an inclusive culture, reflecting our commitment as a B Corp.
- Colleague Experience Mapping: Work closely with HR colleagues to design and implement an optimal colleague experience journey, enhancing each stage from onboarding to retirement.
- Data-Driven Insights: Present regular, actionable insights to leadership, using data to improve colleague engagement and the overall work environment.
- Communication & Partnerships: Work closely with internal communications and our network of partners to support our wellbeing, D&I, and engagement strategies.
About You
To thrive in this role, you should have a solid background in People / Human Resources / HR, with significant experience in health and wellbeing or diversity and inclusion. Your skills should include:
- HR Expertise: Proven experience in a People / Human Resources / HR role with experience in D&I, and/or health & wellbeing.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights, leveraging HR systems to support the wider people plan.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a knack for conveying complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Innovative Thinking: A creative and proactive mind, able to think outside the box and innovate in group scenarios.
- Cultural Add: Bring an energy and enthusiasm to Simplyhealth and a commitment to contributing to a positive workplace culture.

- Aptitude Tests (verbal and numerical) and Working Styles Questionnaire to better understand your work preferences.
- Final presentation to our Chief People Officer based on a scenario or challenge to understand your approach to strategy.
Successful candidates will receive a conditional offer, subject to pre-employment checks, including a basic DBS and credit check conducted by our third-party partner, Experian.
