Salary: Graduate starting salary = £30,000
Commission: 1st year OTE £40,000, 2nd year OTE £70,000.
Unlimited earning potential, consultants in year three have earned 100K+!

Graduate Recruitment Consultant London -The Role
- Conducting research via telephone referencing and interviews
- Spotting top talent pools and industry performances
- Market mapping
- Speaking with prospective hires and providing them with information about clients and current demands
- Calling references to find out more about potential candidates and businesses.
- Establishing a strong network of market sources
- Finding and establishing new client connections - full 360 exposure, working closely with various clients.
- Developing a thorough understanding of your market
