What You’ll Do
In this role, you will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager and partner closely with stakeholders in Vodafone Legal, taking the lead on permanent hiring. You will work in a highly aligned global team focused on attracting, assessing and onboarding the best talent in the market.
You will be expected to advise senior stakeholders on the legal talent landscape, build diverse and inclusive talent pipelines and host/attend events to maintain your extensive network within the legal sector, especially within investments, M&A and competition law.
- Own the end-to-end recruiting process for legal roles, adopting a user and data-led approach to identifying and assessing top legal talent, while also being open to recruiting for other departments as needed
- Attract and select the best internal and external candidates in a balanced, consistent, and transparent way, with a candidate-centric approach and expertise in the legal sector as well as in other areas
- Act as Client Lead for your area, using judgement based on analysis of information to ensure resourcing activity meets both the tactical and strategic needs of the business
- Be the primary point of contact for the business, ensuring resourcing activity aligns with the short and long-term needs of the legal department and potentially other functions
- Source talent creatively, using both existing and new tools/methods to find and retain the best candidates.
Who You Are
- The ability to inspire others and provide exceptional client service
- An obsession with delivering the best candidate experience and a deep understanding of the importance of a robust TA process, especially in legal recruitment
- Experience using data to inform business decisions with key stakeholders, including hiring teams, HRBPs, and peers within the COE
- Experience networking and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and being branded as trustworthy, considerate, and committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace
- Experience sourcing for diversity and inclusion, particularly in the legal field, would be highly valuable

- Discretionary yearly bonus: 5%
