Programme Manager - Sustainability / London/Home working / £60,000 - £68,000
Come work for one of the UK's leading Social Housing Associations, tackling complex social issues and undergoing a period of significant change.
You'll join a multi-year, £40 million + business transformation programme, focussed on business improvement through new technology systems.
What You'll Be Doing
As the Sustainability Programme Manager will join a high-performing Strategy & Planning team, where you'll be responsible for strategy development, business planning and sustainability reporting. This team aims to aid the business in becoming Net Zero Carbon and respond to risks associated with climate change.
You'll collaborate closely with key stakeholders within Construction, Property Services, Maintenance and Procurement teams to ensure that programmes are defined, designed and embedded in the sustainability framework.

📍 Hybrid working with 1-2 days on-site in London and 3-4 days a week from home
📍 Within a large change and transformation team with a multi-year budget of £40 million +

The Skills You'll Need
📊 Project/Programme Management experience
📊 Proven track record of designing and developing strategic sustainability plans within construction, asset management and supply chain
📊 Exceptional communication, influencing and coordination abilities
