- Work/Redefined: An employer focused website, which supports businesses and other organisations on Age Inclusivity. The site offers employers insights, industry data, consulting services, Age Inclusive Accreditation, training and assessment.
- Jobs/ Redefined: An over 50s jobs board, where hirers can manage open vacancies and candidates can search and apply for roles.
- Life/Redefined: A membership platform which shares inspiring life stories and curates expert opinions on topics from career advice to financial planning to fitness and travel. It is showcased by stories of over-50’s 'Redefiners’ who challenge the status quo and are living their best lives as an inspiration for others to follow.

The Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Age Diversity Consultant to join our amazing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing inclusivity solutions to senior clients.
With proven experience and success in working closely with large organisations to building enduring relationships, delivering consulting solutions and identifying and successfully cross-selling other products and services.
This is an incredible opportunity to join a scale-up team who are delivering first to market solutions.
Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities will be to join our brilliant Delivery team supporting our biggest client relationships on their Age Strategy development journey.
Through
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients through excellent delivery and ongoing relationship management to identify new business opportunities.
- Client Project delivery to include:
- Workshop delivery (age insight, multi-generational working and focus groups, with full training provided)
- Age Data Diagnostic delivery (using data and insights to help organisations devise their age strategy - with follow-on workshops and presentations, with full training provided)
- R/AGE Readiness Score sessions
- 121 and group coaching sessions focused on Career Transition into Retirement for over 50s employees
- Producing and delivering learning and coaching content for e-learning or human delivered workshops.
- Helping spot opportunities for product cross-sell into existing clients and building out our contact points within key clients to help grow the business.
- Attending L&D events to build relationships and business develop.
- Participate in first time meetings with new prospects (alongside the Sales team) to be the product lead for the 55/Redefined L&D offering.
- Working alongside our Chief Commercial Officer and Commercial Director to ensure we continuing to grow the business whilst delivering high quality service to our clients.

Qualifications And Experience Required
- Experienced People, HR Advisory or Learning and Development specialist looking to make an impact on the topic of age.
- Accredited coach (with relevant qualifications such as ACC, EMCC, ICF).
- Proven track record of high-quality client delivery.
- Strong network of Heads of Learning and Development and experience of delivering solutions for Heads of Learning and Development.
- Working knowledge of current people, talent, future of work and culture trends - including DEI, and best practice.
- Experienced in delivering workshops to audiences of up to 30 people - comfortable with presenting to, and engaging participants.
- Track record of a business development mindset including identifying opportunities to cross-sell and nurturing self-generated new relationships.
- Data driven with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, organisational and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously - being comfortable creating presentations and being in the detail.
