Pure Represents is looking to hire a passionate and knowledgeable Sustainability Coordinator to support our forward-thinking live music agency in delivering the company’s sustainability initiatives. The Job We are looking for a self-motivated Sustainability Coordinator with exceptional administrative skills to work alongside the Sustainability Consultant, driving forward the sustainability strategy for the business. The ideal candidate will have a flexible approach, be an excellent relationship builder and natural problem solver. Reporting to the General Manager and our Sustainability Consultant, the Sustainability Coordinator’s duties will include: Assisting our Sustainability Consultant and General Manager in reviewing and acting on the current company sustainability agenda Implementing best sustainable practices in the office Development of systems to ensure the accurate collection and recording of data for carbon audits Gathering and formatting all backup information and receipts for carbon audit Assisting with strategy for the progression of our current sustainability policy and sustainability initiatives for clients A ttending virtual and in-person LIVE Green Steering meetings and other relevant industry meetings; taking minutes and reporting back to the team Working alongside the GM to build and manage relationships with organisations in the sustainability and EDI areas that the company aligns with, and exploring opportunities to partner with these on upcoming initiatives Researching and reporting on best practices within the broader live music industry Creating internal and external communications, evolving the website, progressing our green rider and ensuring all staff are aware of our sustainability policies Working with clients, tour managers, managers, promoters and venues, where requested, to support, communicate, develop and implement best practices Assisting the wider team with ongoing and ad-hoc sustainable initiatives for clients The Person The ideal candidate will demonstrate: Passion to make a difference, ensuring Sustainability is embedded across the business A great relationship builder with a ‘can-do’ attitude Ability to present information clearly and concisely High level of software literacy (particularly MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Adobe) Excellent attention to detail Proven administration and organisational skills Strong oral and written communication skills Well-presented and professional Ability to deal discretely with confidential information Capability of delivering tasks accurately and within set time limits Ability to self-prioritise workload according to the business needs and excellent time management skills Proven experience within a similar sustainability or music industry role would be a bonus.
