About The Role

Reporting to the Head of Talent, youll be pivotal in creating and executing DE&I and Wellbeing strategies, working closely with leaders, and spearheading initiatives that cultivate a culture of respect and belonging.
Role Accountabilities
- Implement the DEI & Wellbeing strategy: Collaborate with the Head of Talent to drive the development and prioritization of the next phase of our diversity, equity, inclusion, and wellbeing strategy.
- Drive Initiatives: Launch and oversee programs that foster inclusivity and improve employee well-being.
- Pioneer policies: Refine and advance DEI & Wellbeing policies, ensuring they are both compliant and forward-thinking.
- Manage the networks: Oversee DE&I networks, engage with communities, and drive supplier and customer diversity through inclusive partnerships.
- Advocacy and Representation: Act as a key advocate for DE&I and Wellbeing, offering guidance to leaders, representing Heineken at events, and promoting our values externally.
- Monitor and Report: Track progress, measure impact, and report on diversity and inclusion metrics to ensure our ambitions are met.

Experience
- Proven track record in creating and implementing impactful DEI & Wellbeing strategies
- Strong ability to manage and influence stakeholders, including senior leaders
- Active experience in external advocacy and networking for DEI and wellbeing
Skills
- Big picture thinker with the ability to strategize, connect the dots, anticipate trends and drive innovation
- Aptitude for utilizing data and analytics
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and collaborate at all levels
- Resilient and open-minded, able to embrace diverse opinions and adjust strategies as needed

Our ways of working
Our office sites operate a hybrid model. Youll spend Tuesdays, Thursdays, and a day of your choice in the office (either Edinburgh or London) and can work from home on two days, although but youre more than welcome to come and work from the office on those days too. This role also requires a few travels per year to our UK Brewery and Cider sites (Manchester, Tadcaster and Hereford)
