We are looking for an
Intern to start in July 2025 within the Programme Management function to support with planning, administration, monitoring and reporting activities.
Position Responsibilities:
- Support Programme Management operations including Programme reporting, metrics and action tracking.
- Support the operating rhythm through coordinating Programme Management meetings and Risk, Issue & Opportunity Reviews.
- Co-ordinate the Programme and Project performance reporting dates and materials to meet the reporting timelines ensuring inputs align to the quality standards and best practices set.
- Support the implementation and improvements to the Programme Management Best Practices.
- Support the maintenance of the centralised Programme lessons learned repository.
- Identify and implement process, quality and productivity improvements.
Essential Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Right to work in UK - We do not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.
- Studying a degree course or have graduated a degree course within last 2 years
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Studying degree level in business studies, project management, finance or similar
- Confidence or willingness to present and host meetings
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to discuss ideas and concepts with stakeholders of all levels.
- To have forward thinking mind-set and self-motivated
- Effective communication skills
