The main purpose of the People & OD HR Officer role is to provide a professional advisory service to managers across West Mercia Police.
To provide guidance and coaching to business areas, on complex employment issues, covering all elements of People policy, procedure and practice.
To support the P&OD Business Partner in the development and implementation of People policies and procedures.
- The People & OD HR Officer role is an office/hybrid role
- Part time - 18.5 hours per week
