H9 Human Resources are seeking a Culture and Inclusion Development Advisor to help shape and implement our fantastic client’s equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) strategies.
In this fully on-site role, you will work to develop EDI initiatives, deliver culturally focused learning programs, and support the activities of the Positive Action Attraction Team to ensure our organisation reflects the communities we serve. You will also design policies and assess the effectiveness of inclusion efforts across the workforce.
About You:
- Experience in leading EDI initiatives and delivering training in large organisations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage staff at all levels.
- Analytical skills to assess learning outcomes and improve strategies.
- Proven ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
