We Are hiring SR Human Resource - People & Culture Position in our Office in Abu Dhabi in UAE
Job Duties:
- Evaluate the company's culture and climate to determine if any changes need to be made to improve employee satisfaction.
- Provide training for leaders to effectively support and reinforce the desired culture.
- Incorporate a feedback culture to promote diversity and inclusion.
- Establish open and transparent communication channels.
- Implement a system for recognizing and rewarding employees who exemplify the organization’s values.
- Promote diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
- Offer flexible working arrangements, wellness programs, and other initiatives that support employee well-being.
- Organize team-building activities to strengthen relationships and collaboration among employees.
- Encourage cross-functional projects to foster teamwork and understanding across departments.
- Track and manage all engagement tools metrics.
- Highlight management development plans to improve employee engagement.
- Partner with Learning & Development on various entry and intern orientation programs as the program manager.
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying for new perks and benefits, and organizing team-building activities.
- Job Requirements:
- 7+ years of HR experience preferably related to HR culture and employee engagement.
- HR certificate/ practical study is highly recommended.
