Partnerships Insights & Performance Assistant
The Partnerships Insights & Performance Assistant plays a key part in helping to deliver LFC’s partnership measurement and prospecting strategy. They work with stakeholders across the club to ensure that we have access to the necessary data.In addition to being able to harness the ability to analyse it in creative ways to inform every aspect of the Partnerships business – specifically Partner’s ROI assessment.
The Partnerships Insights & Performance Assistant will support the analysis and performance monitoring of a selection of key Partners whilst also supporting the overall Partnership Sales effort. They are responsible for ensuring the maintenance of quality standards for the team’s regular output.
They are also expected support strategic and ad hoc projects, contributing their expertise and knowledge to areas where data is required to support strategic decision-making.
Key Accountabilities
Delivery
- Provide insights into Partner brands and their industries, including brand metric impact, exposure on broadcast and social etc
- Collate data that can be used to create compelling narratives to partners and prospects.
- Work alongside other Insight team members to help demonstrate the value and effectiveness of Liverpool FC partnerships
- Support the servicing and retention of the Clubs portfolio of premium Partners
- Project manage the performance reporting for a selection of partners
Sales
- Work alongside other members of the Insight Team to identify key trends (e.g. industry, consumer etc) and opportunities
- Develop prospect lists across global markets and categories
- Use a broad range of market research tools and resources to support the sales prospecting process across global markets and key commercial categories
Knowledge, Skills And Experience
Essential Knowledge / Behaviours
- Experience in analysing financial and strategic data
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Office software, i.e.Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A good team player with the ability to work in a fast paced and demanding environment
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Can work with confidential and sensitive information in a discrete manner
- Able to exercise tact and diplomacy in an organisational setting
- Methodical approach to work, with a strong focus on accuracy, quality and the ‘so what’
- Has a 'can do' approach and works to exceed expectations
