- THE ROLE -
Ulster University is seeking to appoint passionate Section Leads for Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion to champion change and foster an inclusive university community.
It is in this context that the University is delighted to be advertising for the following positions:
- EDI Section Lead (Disability and Age)
- EDI Section Lead (Gender and Sexual Orientation)
- EDI Section Lead (Race and Religion)
The post holder will lead initiatives that promote equality and celebrate diversity across our university, through the development and delivery of policies, action plans, and approaches in support of both the overall University strategy ‘People, Place and Partnership: Delivering Sustainable Futures for All’ and the EDI operational plans.
They will lead a dedicated team to create impactful programs and strategies, maintaining our commitment to creating an inclusive and diverse workplace where all employees can feel valued, safe and respected.

- ABOUT YOU -
The postholder will be required to be:
- A degree or relevant equivalent level professional qualification.
- Experience as a leader in the provision of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion services in a large complex organisation.
- Experience of preparing successful equality plans and implementing the related actions.
