We have the opportunity for a Learning and Development Practitioner (Essential Learning and Safeguarding) to join our People and Organisation Development directorate and drive implementation of the RBL Learning Programme, with specific responsibility for delivery of Essential Learning and Safeguarding Training.

Reporting into the Head of Learning and Development and managing a small team, this newly created post will proactively engage and partner with a range of directorates and services across the RBL Group to ensure smooth operation of Learning and Development team activities and deliver of mandatory learning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Create, develop and deliver content for learning interventions for delivery as part of the RBL L&D Programme catering for both virtual, in-person and blended approaches
- Partner and immerse yourself with the People Business Partners and key stakeholders across the organisation to understand priorities and challenges, and to conduct regular learning needs analysis for directorates and teams, making recommendations for solutions
- Supporting the delivery of Essential Learning that includes data protection, cyber security, safeguarding, whistleblowing, Health & Safety, Diversity and Inclusion
- Leading the delivery of the Safeguarding Training Programme, including development and evaluation
- Partner and collaborate with the Head of Safeguarding on the ongoing implementation of a training plan/approach for Safeguarding to be delivered by the L&D Specialist (Safeguarding)
- Ensure that diversity and inclusion are central throughout the learning experience, collaborating with the Head of Diversity and Inclusion
- Support the Head of L&D with on the implementation of an evaluation process based around the Kirkpatrick Model to assess the effectiveness of learning interventions

You will be contracted to our London, Haig House, Hub. Under our Future Working framework, there will be some flexibility for working remotely/at home, using our collaboration tools to work with colleagues, but with a minimum expectation of two days/week connecting directly face-to-face with colleagues at the hub.
