Our Content teams partner with some of the best storytellers in the world and help them bring their visions to life at Netflix across a range of content formats. From television series, film, kids programming, documentaries, docu-series, stand-up, talk shows and reality shows, to other forms of experimental story-telling, Netflix content teams work to entertain audiences around the world.
The Advertising team at Netflix is building a new way for our members to engage with Netflix and marketers to engage with their target audiences. The Advertising team is responsible for building relationships with clients and agencies and driving advertising demand globally.
We’re looking for a Recruiter that will foster deep collaboration with these two groups and help to build teams that are key to the growth, success, and innovation of Netflix.
As a Talent Acquisition team, we focus on finding great talent, anticipating business needs, and coaching our hiring partners to hire successfully. We don’t solely focus on metrics to determine success. Instead, we also look at the qualitative impact in the form of coaching moments, successful long-term hires, and driving a forward-thinking streamlined recruiting process. The Role
Reporting to the Senior Manager TA, EMEA – Content & Ads, & based in London you will:
- Meet end-to-end recruiting fulfillment demand across our Content & Ads teams in EMEA.
- Build excellent working relationships with the business, stakeholders, and candidates to ensure we are an employer brand of choice in the region.
- Engage and hire top talent, leveraging data and market insights to influence the recruiting strategy.
- Emphasize the value of inclusive hiring processes and building diverse teams.
- Identify talent, evaluate their technical skill set, and match it to opportunities within Netflix.
- Be comfortable sourcing talent outside of traditional talent pools and building connections with candidates outside of digital platforms, in particular for content.
- Ensure that candidate motivations, interests, and values align with our unique culture of freedom and responsibility.
- Work directly with hiring managers, HRBPs, researchers, and coordinators throughout the recruiting life-cycle.
- Partner cross-functionally with our Inclusion Recruiting Programs partner, Talent Operations, Talent Intelligence, Compensation, Tax, Legal, Workplace, and US TA teams.
- Use your own judgment on how to best organise, prioritise, and execute in a fast-paced environment.
- Own multiple requisitions, and balance moving quickly while providing a great candidate experience.
- Evaluate the current hiring process and make changes to streamline and enhance the experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Provide leadership with industry insights and reporting on metrics that help advise the business on future staffing needs, to ensure TA strategically provides value beyond the transactional nature of hiring.
You
- Demonstrable years of experience within Talent Acquisition, preferably within the content &/or Advertising Sales industries.
- You have the ability to deeply immerse into an industry, seen as a thought leader with a solid reputation – ideally in the content or/& advertising space.
- Extensive experience hiring across EMEA, ideally with a deep understanding of how to nurture passive talent outside of hiring peaks.
- Can bring experience of driving inclusive hiring practices and challenging the status quo to bring wider representation through promoting diverse candidate profiles.
