Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition and Development, the Talent Acquisition & DEI Manager develops and delivers the talent attraction strategy, with a focus on direct talent acquisition at all levels of seniority - finding, recruiting and hiring the most talented people to join Sonnedix. The role is also responsible for shaping and delivering Sonnedix’s DEI strategy to ensure we build a diverse team and an inclusive culture that enables everyone to thrive.
The Talent Acquisition & DEI Manager will deliver initiatives to enhance and support our Employer Brand, DEI goals and continuously optimise the candidate experience as a Sonnedix employer differentiator. The Talent Acquisition & DEI Manager proactively develops talent pools, working with business stakeholders to identify new skillsets and business requirements as well as current known role profiles, and also have a ‘hands on’ responsibility to fill open roles. They will make effective use of LinkedIn Recruiter and recruitment marketing tools to source and find candidates for open positions, manage job descriptions and build relationships with select recruitment agency partners, maintain standard terms and track expenditure.
Desirable skills:
- Identify and execute attraction and acquisition campaigns and strategies to promote our employer brand and DEI goals
- Strong understanding of DEI principles and methods; particularly workforce diversity, unconscious bias, inclusive leadership and pay parity
- Effective listening and clear communication to understand and address the concerns of diverse employees
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, and experience in use of HRIS and recruitment tools
- Experience in developing constructive, collaborative partnerships both internally and with external recruitment partners
