Description
At Amazon, we work hard to ensure that every Amazon product or service our customers purchase is made or handled in a way that ensures respect for the rights of people throughout our supply chain and operations. Our Sustainability/Social Responsibility team partners with internal businesses, suppliers, and service providers on a continuous improvement model, researching and identifying risks in places where we source and operate, and designing solutions to help understand and mitigate those risks and move quickly when violations occur for the benefit of workers globally.

You will be responsible for assessing the allegations, investigating claims, scoping that impact, and coordinating investigation with partner teams within Amazon. This role will identify gaps, streamline workflows and improve processes.
The Program Manager, Social Responsibility will work cross functionally with the SR Escalations manager, RP, SR’s legal team, business teams and Compliance-Operations to manage the process end to end.
