The BITC Advisory Services team sits within our Advisory and Member Services Directorate. The team works with companies to advance and accelerate their responsible business journeys across a range of issue areas, including Race, Gender, Age and Wellbeing. This role is an opportunity to lead on our larger, more strategic projects. Supporting companies create and embed inclusion strategies
The main purpose of the role involves leading on winning and delivering BITC’s large-scale inclusion and wellbeing projects. This means:
- identifying, scoping and winning projects (identification, project design, bid management, resourcing, costing, and proposal writing – in collaboration with advisory and membership team colleagues).
- working in collaboration with BITC colleagues to deliver projects.
- Bringing innovation to the way we design, scope and deliver large-scale inclusion and wellbeing projects.
We are looking for a candidate within-depth knowledge of business development trends, processes and approaches and knowledge of and a passion for best practice to achieve inclusion & wellbeing in the world of work.
The successful candidate will not only have excellent subject matter expertise, but experience of client relationship management, meeting or exceeding business development targets and project management experience.

The salary level for this role reflects the flexibility we offer with the contractual location. For candidates outside of London the salary level is circa £39,000 per annum depending on experience, with London weighting the salary for this role is circa £43,000 per annum depending on experience.
