Job Description
Your influential mission. You will...
- Strategic HR Leadership: Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support the company’s business objectives and growth plans.
- Team Management: Directly manage a team of 3 HR professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional growth
- Adaptability & Resilience: Navigate the complexities of a matrixed environment with agility and resilience, adapting to changing priorities and challenges.
- Goal & Metrics Driven: Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives
- Employee Relations: Oversee and manage complex employee relations issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions, ensuring a fair and consistent approach.
- Policy & Compliance: Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices are compliant with current employment laws and regulations, keeping the company updated on any legal changes.
- Performance Management: Implement and manage performance management processes, ensuring that performance reviews are conducted, goals are set, and development plans are in place.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in HR practices and processes.
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee the management of compensation structures, benefits programs, and reward systems to ensure they are competitive and aligned with business objectives.
- HR Data & Reporting: Use HR metrics and analytics to provide insights and recommendations to senior management on workforce planning, productivity, and employee satisfaction.
- Culture & Employee Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive company culture by implementing engagement strategies and supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Qualifications
Components for success. You have...
- A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a HR role, with a strong track record of managing the full employee life cycle.
- CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) equivalent experience in Human Resources management.
- Proven experience in managing complex Employee Relations issues and implementing best-practice HR solutions.
- The ability to align HR strategy with business goals and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
- Comprehensive understanding of employment law and HR compliance.
- Communication & Leadership Skills: Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on finding solutions that balance business needs with employee well-being.
- Experience with HRIS and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis.
