Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 annually

Reports to: CEO with a dotted line to Diversity, Inclusion, Belonging, Equity, and Culture (DIBEC) Membership Manager
Role Overview:
The Inclusion Advisor will support the DIBEC Membership Manager in managing client relationships and delivering DIBEC training and awareness sessions across various organisations, including supporting Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). This role also involves ensuring the DIAL Global HUB Portal is kept up-to-date with relevant DIBEC resources, making it a key platform for members. The advisor will need to demonstrate a clear understanding of DIBEC best practices and the ability to translate them into actionable organisational approaches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Support:
- Assist the CEO and DIBEC Membership Manager in managing and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring alignment with company goals and initiatives.
- Support the coordination and delivery of DIBEC services, ensuring clients receive tailored, impactful guidance.
- Training & Awareness Delivery:
- Deliver engaging DIBEC training sessions for clients, including workshops, webinars, and in-person training.
- Facilitate awareness sessions that celebrate diversity and promote inclusion within organisations.
- Provide support for Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), helping them design and execute impactful DIBEC initiatives.
- Event Organisation:
- Organise and coordinate internal events and awareness sessions to celebrate DIBEC, both within our own company and for clients.
- Develop educational content to enhance understanding of DIBEC topics and encourage participation in DIBEC activities.
- Understanding of the DIBEC Agenda:
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of the broad DIBEC agenda, including its impact on workforce dynamics, workplace culture, the marketplace, and community engagement.
- Promote the importance of DIBEC across different levels within organisations, highlighting the positive impact of an inclusive culture.
- Translating DIBEC Best Practices:
- Translate DIBEC best practices into practical, workable approaches that can be implemented by organisations.
- Work closely with stakeholders to influence and secure buy-in for DIBEC initiatives, ensuring long-term commitment to inclusion goals.
- Stakeholder Communication & Relationship Building:
- Effectively communicate with individuals at all organisational levels, including executive leadership, to raise DIBEC awareness, educate, and inspire action.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across various sites, departments, and hierarchical levels to ensure alignment with DIBEC objectives.
- DIAL Global HUB Communications:
- Support the ongoing management of the DIAL Global HUB Portal by keeping it updated with relevant DIBEC resources and materials.
- Ensure the HUB serves as a dynamic and comprehensive resource for members, providing access to the latest tools, reports, and guidance on DIBEC practices.
Qualifications:
- A clear and demonstrated understanding of the DIBEC landscape, with knowledge of how DIBEC initiatives impact workforce, workplace, marketplace, and community.
- Experience delivering DIBEC training and awareness sessions to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to translate DIBEC best practices into actionable and effective organisational strategies.
- Experience organising DIBEC-focused events, with a track record of engaging participants and delivering impactful outcomes.
- Strong ability to manage relationships and influence stakeholders at different levels, from junior staff to executive leadership.
- Experience working with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) or similar champion-led initiatives.
- Familiarity with managing digital platforms, specifically keeping resources and content updated.
