A world class drama school and educational charity, LAMDA – the London Academy of Music & Dramatic Art – delivers exceptional vocational training in the performing arts. The Role
We are seeking a confident, outgoing and self-motivated Access and Widening Participation Officer to join our small and friendly team. Working with the AWP Manager, you will support in cultivating the reach and effectiveness of LAMDA’s programme of outreach and widening participation activities and improve access to LAMDA’s vocational training among under-represented groups.
The successful post holder will have had previous experience of working with young people from diverse backgrounds and possess proven administrative experience of planning and delivering activity for young people, preferably in an educational setting.
With excellent verbal and written communication skills, you will have a willingness to work flexibly, including on weekends and evenings and travel to different locations across the UK.
