Position
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Public Health Department for a highly motivated Project Administrator to join our Business Support Team on a permanent basis.
The post will be based at Afton House, Ailsa Hospital but may require travel to Ayrshire Central or Crosshouse Hospital.
Hours
37 hours per week.
We would welcome applications from individuals looking for part time hours. A hybrid model of working will be supported.
What You Will Do
Based within Afton House, Ailsa Hospital, you will gain experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic and professional environment within a supportive and welcoming team.
As an experienced Project Administrator you will provide a confidential, dedicated, professional project administration service to various teams and managers within the Public Health department. You will work flexibly across all work areas, liaising with other departments as necessary, and ensuring administrative tasks are completed to a high professional standard.

Knowledge, Training And/or Experience Required To Do The Job
With an HNC in administration, or equivalent administration or secretarial experience, you will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
You will be organised and able to deal effectively with a number of simultaneous tasks and have the ability, commitment and judgement to ensure that actions are delivered within deadlines.
You should be a conscientious, flexible individual with a can-do approach who can work as part of a team and also on your own initiative. Minute taking experience as well as a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages, including MS Teams, is essential.
