Department Overview
The People team is a central space where all things colleague take place; from recruitment and onboarding of new colleagues to training, development and reward. At Dunelm, colleagues are at the centre of everything we do and that’s why we have such a dedicated team of professionals working to support them.
The team has a diverse wealth of knowledge, ranging from specialised roles focused on Management Information/analytics, Learning & Development and Diversity & Inclusion alongside more People generalised roles such as People Partners.
There are always exciting initiatives and projects underway, with endless opportunities to improve the quality of our colleagues’ experience. From feedback gathered in a variety of ways, such as our colleague Voice forum, we have introduced all kinds of fantastic ideas such as “Moments of Kindness”!
By utilising accurate and relevant colleague data and collaborating with teams across the business, t he Belonging Partner role will help deliver our Belonging strategy.
Reporting to the Senior Belonging Manager, t he role would suit an individual who is used to working in a fast-paced environment, where adapting to change, and flexibility is vital for success. Through taking ownership for I nclusion & Diversity (I & D ) projects , the Belonging Partner will have the opportunity to influence people initiatives across Dunelm.
