We are searching for an experienced Talent Program Specialist to join a dynamic team within a global tech company. This is an initial 8-month contract, based onsite in central London offices, where you’ll be pivotal in delivering world-class experiences for program participants.
What You’ll Do:
As a Talent Program Specialist, you’ll drive essential talent development initiatives, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for program participants. From pre-hire coordination and onboarding to mentorship and event planning, you’ll work cross-functionally with Recruiting, HR, Supply Chain, Space Planning, and other key partners.
Your responsibilities will include:
- 💬 Program Participant Support: Manage participant queries and escalations, guiding them from pre-start to onboarding.
- 📢 Communication & Coordination: Set up communication channels, maintain workplace groups, and distribute core messaging and resources.
- ✅ Process Management: Oversee pre-hire audits, desk allocation, tech deployment, and other essential onboarding processes.
- 🎉 Event Planning: Coordinate logistics for onboarding events, including booking venues, managing budgets, and facilitating seamless event experiences.
- 🤝 Mentorship and Engagement: Oversee the Mentorship Program, ensuring effective communication and participant engagement.
- 🌐 Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Recruiting, Intern Managers, and other client teams to troubleshoot issues and meet program goals.
What You’ll Bring:
- 📅 3+ years in program coordination, recruiting, or program management, with strong organizational and communication skills.
- ⚡ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and solve challenges proactively.
- 🔍 Exceptional attention to detail and comfort working in dynamic situations.
- 🎈 Event planning experience and familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 🧑🎓 Background in University Recruiting, Intern Programs, Operations, or Diversity Recruiting.
- 💻 Beginner-level HTML/CSS (web development) experience for creating or updating online resources.
