We are growing and are looking for a full-time
HR & Office Assistant to manage our new office space in Chiswick and provide HR administrative support on a permanent basis.
This role will be office based 5 days per week.
Reporting into the HR Manager, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is a strong communicator, has excellent attention to detail, and is looking for a busy and varied role.
What You'll Be Doing...
Office Administration:
- Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and employees, ensuring a welcoming office environment
- Overseeing all activities to keep the office running smoothly and making it a productive space for our team
- Acting as a fire marshal and first aider for the office (attending relevant training as required) and keeping our training logs updated
- Managing relationships with suppliers, including our outsourced IT support and liaising with vendors for maintenance and repairs
HR Support:
- Maintaining employee records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and compliant
- Helping coordinate onboarding and off-boarding processes for employees
- Supporting in organising staff training, development programs, and performance reviews
- Assisting with HR policy updates and implementation across the organisation
- Helping manage all HR admin, addressing basic queries, and escalating any HR concerns to the HR Manager
- We love getting together and celebrating our wins, so this role will also provide support on our regular social events and company-wide meetings in and out of the office!

Requirements
Who you are...
- We'd love you to have experience in a similar role or have worked in an HR/ office assistant role previously and are looking for something a bit more hands on
- You're proactive, can think on your feet and are able to juggle a few things at once
- You're the sort of person who loves to keep things tidy and organised and are passionate about delivering a great experience
- You're tech-savvy and have used MS office before
- It would be amazing if you are already first aid and health & safety trained but this isn't mandatory as we will provide this training for you
- If you are aware of Albert and Sustainability and have worked in the TV industry before, then that's definitely an added bonus!
