Role Description

This is an expression of interest for a full-time remote role as a Senior Consultant. In this position, you will offer expert advice and guidance on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Your responsibilities will include assessing client needs, developing strategies, and implementing solutions to foster inclusive and equitable workplaces. Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders, conduct research, analyse data, and deliver presentations and workshops aimed at driving sustainable change.

Qualifications

Expertise in diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies
Experience in conducting assessments and developing action plans
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
Experience in delivering training and workshops
Project management skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Organisational Psychology, Human Resources)
Professional certifications in diversity, equity, and inclusion (e.g., CDE, SHRM-SCP) are a plus
