We're on the lookout for an experienced Early Careers Specialist to join our clients team In this dynamic role, you'll drive end-to-end graduate recruitment campaigns, collaborating closely with internal and external partners.

🎯What You'll Do:

Lead recruitment for Data Science, Data Analytics
Partner with stakeholders to meet hiring goals, ensuring diversity and inclusion.
Manage the full candidate journey—from attraction to onboarding.
Oversee graduate programmes, providing support and pastoral care.
Facilitate assessment centers, deliver training, and host key events.

Proven experience in early careers and volume recruitment.
Strong stakeholder management and people skills.
Passion for nurturing young talent and facilitating their growth.
