Sustainability Manager / London/Home working / Up to £50,000 base + package

Come work for one of the UK's leading Social Housing Associations, tackling complex social issues and undergoing a period of significant change.

You'll join a multi-year, £40 million + business transformation programme, focussed on business improvement through new technology systems.

What you'll be doing

As the Sustainability Manager will join a high-performing Strategy & Planning team, where you'll be responsible for:

Building on the work the business has done to map the Net Zero Pathways and the assessment of Climate Risk, whilst also leading the development of strategic sustainability projects
Developing the approach to biodiversity and green spaces, climate adaptation, and improving the energy efficiency of homes across the portfolio
Collecting and processing sustainability data to publish annual, quarterly, and also regular reporting for sustainability regulators

📍 Hybrid working with 1-2 days on-site in London and 3-4 days a week from home

📍 Within a large change and transformation team with a multi-year budget of £40 million +

The skills you'll need

📊 Project Management experience

📊 Experience delivering Sustainability and ESG Reporting

📊 Experience of carbon accounting and reporting, with an ability to understand, process and analyse large quantities of data from a wide range of sources

📊 Exceptional communication, influencing, and coordination abilities
