An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior OD practitioner to join a team of OD, coaching, Culture and leadership specialists within the Organisational Development department. This role is a Group wide role based in NLAG.

We are looking for a highly skilled, motivated, and proactive individual with proven OD, HR and/ or leadership development and people management skills to deliver a portfolios of programmes to support our staff deliver great care. The Senior OD practitioner will

use their highly developed specialist knowledge and understanding of OD, Leadership and Staff Engagement theory/practice to coordinate, plan and implement key priorities from the Culture Transformation and OD section of the People Strategy, alongside supporting the wider People Strategy vision.
be responsible for the design, co-ordination and delivery of complex programmes of work across departments and the whole Group
ensure that all relevant stakeholders are involved in this process working with Care Groups and Corporate Directorate leaders
support and deliver on the work streams of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI), Culture Transformation and Management, Coaching, Mentoring, Supervision programmes, Staff Emotional and Mental Well-Being, and Leadership Development.
offer OD consultancy services to individuals, teams and wider departments with clear measures, outcomes and improvements as a result of the work undertaken as well as supporting other leadership and cultural transformation work streams within the Group
use HR, Staff Engagement, Performance, Quality and Safety data to effectively understand and assess the Organisation’s and individual team’s cultural progress and make recommendations for improvement.
facilitate, train and devise bespoke development interventions in a wide variety of OD Specialist areas including Leadership, Coaching, Talent Management and Culture transformation.
