Talent Acquisition Program Coordinator – Global Tech

Contract ; 9 months
Salary ; £65,000 - £73,000 pa

Key Responsibilities:

Program Management: Provide ongoing support to program participants, handling queries and escalations both pre-start and throughout the program.
Participant Communication: Manage communications, set up pre-start groups, and deliver core messaging.
Onboarding Coordination: Oversee start-date confirmation, right-to-work processes, and work with supply chain teams to ensure tech deployment.
Event Planning: Organize and execute participant events, handling venue booking, catering, budget management, and logistics.
Mentorship & Engagement: Manage mentorship programs, facilitating communication and engagement.
Collaboration: Build relationships with cross-functional partners (Recruiting, HR, etc.), troubleshoot issues, and provide updates to the broader team.

Qualifications:

3+ years in program management within recruiting, or coordination
Exceptional organization and communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities, able to handle ambiguity
Event planning and execution experience
Good to have ; Background in University Recruiting or Diversity Programs
