Diversity & Inclusion Manager – Food Manufacturing - £50,000-£55,000 + Car Allowance

Site Based in Wrexham with some Travel

A Diversity & Inclusion Manager to help shape, drive and embed an inclusive culture across a growing manufacturing business.

The role

You'll work closely with senior leadership, HR, and operational teams to ensure diversity, equity and inclusion isn't just something the business talks about — it's something people experience.

You'll be responsible for creating and delivering initiatives that improve attraction, retention, engagement and development across the workforce.

Developing and delivering the company's D&I strategy
Building programmes that support diversity, equity and inclusion across the business
Partnering with recruitment teams to attract diverse talent
Supporting retention, progression and employee development initiatives
Delivering training around inclusion, unconscious bias and workplace culture
Analysing workforce data and reporting progress to senior stakeholders
Working with external organisations and community partners to strengthen inclusion initiatives

Experience within a Diversity & Inclusion, DE&I, Culture or People-focused role
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Someone who can influence at all levels of a business
