Are you looking for your first step into a career within law? We are looking for a Trainee Paralegal to join our small, but supportive, legal team where you will receive full training, ongoing development and the opportunity to gain professional qualifications. Working closely with the fee earners, you will gain exposure to contract drafting, contract reviews, client communication and legal research, whilst developing the skills needed for a successful career in law.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Trainee Paralegal, Office Administrator, Legal Assistant, Legal Administrator : Law services, construction law, contract law

As Our Trainee Paralegal / Office Administrator, You Will

A Support fee earners with contract drafting and reviewing client documents

A Prepare, amend and finalise legal documentation

A Review contracts, including JCT and other construction:related agreements

A Attend client meetings, alongside fee earners, both virtually and in person, and prepare meeting notes

A Carry out legal research and presenting findings to the wider team

A Prepare quotations, client care letters and supporting client communications

A Manage your own workload, prioritise tasks and use digital management systems

A Provide general administrative support, including filing and answering calls when required
