The Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Officer supports the implementation of the EDI elements of the University’s People Strategy. As the EDI Officer you will provide support to members of the team across different projects and initiatives, as well as leading on regular EDI communications and events, and supporting colleagues across the University with embedding EDI principles into their areas including undertaking Equality Impact Assessments (EIAs).
This is a full-time position but there may be flexibility to work reduced hours, for example school hours between Monday-Friday Whilst there is a need to be in Portsmouth a few days a week, hybrid working is available for this role.
The interviews are currently anticipated to be held on 15th, 16th or 17th December 2025.
